COVID-19 information

The University of South Carolina School of Medicine – Prisma Health–Midlands Continuing Medical Education Organization is committed to providing high quality educational experiences during this time of uncertainty.

In response to the public health crisis and in accordance with CDC guidelines for preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus at events and gatherings, many of our live activities are being offered via virtual platforms and as recorded activities until further notice. View our list of activities

If you are interested in planning a virtual or future in-person activity, please contact our office as soon as possible to begin the planning process. We will continue to reassess the situation to determine when it is safe to resume in-person CME events.

We facilitate continuous professional development for our physician learners so that they can fulfill their potential throughout their careers and impact patient care and well-being. We provide faculty development to support the teaching efforts at our affiliated institutions.
